Chelsea Streano grew up in San Diego, submerged in her love for the performing arts. She attended Vanguard University of Southern California. Upon graduation, she immediately moved to New York City where she worked for the founder and president of a widely known boutique talent agency focusing on Broadway, Film, and TV. After nearly 2 years in New York she moved back to Los Angeles to work for Innovative Artists Talent and Literary Agency under Robert Haas, furthering her experience in talent representation. While at Innovative she worked with A list Actors and alongside some of the best talent agents in Hollywood today.
Chelsea's time at the agency allowed her to realize that her passion lied in the nurturing of talent on a more personal level, and decided to bring that passion to the talent management field. After working with Annet in a number of ways over the years she knew this company would be a great fit for her to continue to grow as a manager.
Not only does Chelsea work with our amazing actors, but also runs the Social Influencer/Social Media Talent Department; which is becoming exceedingly important to casting.
Annet McCroskey’s passion for developing young talent began when she became Assistant Director of the Young Peoples’ Program at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in Los Angeles. Annet’s career in the entertainment industry began on the production side of things, later going on to be an Assistant Director for a slate of films.
After becoming a mom, Annet returned to her true passion of guiding young talent, teaching acting at The Young Actors Studio and The Studio For Young Actors. In 2004 she started managing young actors, founding the company Little Stars Management. As her teen and adult roster grew, the company name was changed to Artistic Endeavors in late 2007.
Annet has served on the Board of Directors of the Talent Managers Association for over twelve years, and her tenure as President of the TMA from 2013-2015 marked the first time a woman had held the position in twenty years. She was awarded TMA Manager of the Year in 2013. Recently, she co-produced the feature film Locating Silver Lake starring Finn Whittrock and Josh Peck and served as Associate Producer for the Disney Channel Digital micro movie Nelson Bixby Takes on The Whole Wide World.
She is an Emmy Award voting member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Women In Film, Film Independent, The Sundance Institute and serves on the Board of Advisors of Children In Film.
Her passions are her family and standing up for equal human rights and especially Native American and indigenous rights as well as protecting our environment and children. Annet strongly believes in education and paying it forward. She encourages her clients to be actively involved in their communities and give back through volunteering.
