We have offices in Los Angeles and New York but represent clients worldwide.
We work very closely with some of the top agencies, casting directors, studios, entertainment attorneys, producers and directors.

CEO Annet McCroskey is a talent manager and producer at Artistic Endeavors in Los Angeles. She won a Heller Award for Manager of the Year in 2013 and served as the President of the Talent Manager Association from 2013-2015.

Annet co-produced the feature film Locating Silver Lake starring Josh Peck, Finn Wittrock, and Zelda Williams and as a micro movie/pilot presentation for Disney as well as a short for the Disability Film Challenge.  She currently has several films in development with clients attached.

Her clients have won multiple Emmy Awards.  She is known for breaking in new talent into their very first starring and series regular roles and taking them to the next level. Her clients have been regulars on many networks including Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Disney+, AppleTV+, CW, CBS, ABC, Fox, FX, NBC and many more. On the film side she had several clients in Oscar winning and nominated films, major studio films as well as critically acclaimed indie films and Sundance darlings.  Her clients have also starred on Broadway and in national tours.

She is a member of The Sundance Institute, voting Emmy Member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, executive member of HRTS, honorary member of the TMA, and a member of Film Independent, Children In Film and Women In Film LA and NY.

She is honored to serve on the Advisory Board of SAG’s The Entertainment community Funds’ Looking Ahead Program for Young Performers.


She loves helping creatives to realize their vision to make their voice heard and helping them live their dreams while staying grounded, giving back and inspiring others and impacting our planet and humanity in a positive way.

Annet is an outspoken advocate for human rights, especially indigenous, LGBTQ+, children's, and women's rights, and protecting our environment.  Annet encourages her clients to give back to their communities and pay it forward and to build a true inclusive community.


She is an avid equestrian and her proudest accomplishments are her two sons. Helping creatives realize their dreams is her passion.
